Hello guests, members, and staff and welcome to Don't Break My Heart! We are a pokemon/his dark materials crossover roleplay that takes place in a new region formed from the sea that has been named the tsuin region, meaning twins. Unlike in normal regions tsuin has a rather strange connection with pokemon, whenever somoene is born a pokemon is born beside them as a soulmate! These pokemon are decided by your deepest heart of hearts and ultimately represent you as a person.

Spring is in the air! The combee are about and as lively as ever. It is to be nothing but clear skys for the next month or so. Make sure to pack some light clothing as the weather is only going to get warmer from here on out till summer comes around. at this time, there are no swarms happening, but this will be edited when one does appear and a link will be given where all characters may go to capture these swarm pokemon!

Passing quickly through Route 201 again, Sam had a renewed confidence. While the Fletchling had torn him and his Swablu down initially, the fact that he had been able to convince her to join their team made him feel like he could be a strong trainer and, ultimately, coordinator. It had taken some coaxing to make the Swablu feel comfortable enough to fly alongside him, reassuring him that with the Fletchling gone they wouldn't run into problems, and he had been right. Traversing back through the first route of his journey had been easy.
As they reached the beginning of Route 202, Sam could see it wouldn't be as easy as the first. However his thoughts became distracted when the egg in his arms began to shake more than before, and sitting down to tend to it, he saw a crack beginning to form. Quickly and excitedly putting it on the ground, the egg began to crack more and more until he heard a small cry from within. With a quick shake, the shell fell off and a small Trapinch emerged.
"Hey there, little guy!" The smile on Sam's face was unrivaled from anything before as he watched the Pokémon join the world. The Ground-type looked up at him and gave a small roar before stomping his legs aggressively. The stomps began to cause small quakes in the ground, the earth beginning to crack ever so slightly. It seemed like he was trying to create a Fissure. "Impressive buddy, but calm down for a second, we've got a lot of traveling to do and we can't have the path destroyed from your power!"

Ellie was in route 202 doing her daily pokemon training. She had finally gotten her Nidoran up to level six yesterday and now it was Lillipup's turn. She ran around in the grass trying to find as many wild pokemon to battle as possible. She had just started a battle with a wild Shinx when the ground suddenly started shaking and it ran away. "What the heck!?" She turned and saw another trainer nearby with what appeared to be a newly hatched Trapinch attempting to perform quake. So that's why the ground was shaking so badly. The young girl glared before having her pokemon return and stomped off toward the boy with her soul pokemon, Dusk, a Dusknoir, close behind her. "Hey! You just interrupted my training! I was so close to my pokemon leveling up!"

As the Trapinch calmed down, Sam sat down near him to bond with him. "Welcome to the world, buddy. I'm Sam, I'm a coordinator, so you'll get to show off that fissure on a stage soon!" The Ground-type opened his mouth and released a pleased-sounding roar before clamping his jaw shut to demonstrate his impressive bite. The man could already tell that this Pokémon was going to be a fun one and his confident smile remained plastered on his face.
With the sound of the fissure and his Swablu flying around his head, he didn't hear the girl initially and was very caught off-guard when she came stomping toward him. Standing up quickly, Sam was a bit scared at both the intenseness the girl yelled with and the large and spooky Pokémon at her side. He presumed it to be her soul Pokémon, but he hadn't had much experience with Ghost Pokémon and was unprepared. His Dedenne seemed a bit startled as well, his cheeks releasing a bit of static in shock.
"So sorry about that! He just hatched and was trying to show off his Fissure attack!" The Trapinch let out another gentle roar to draw attention to himself. "If you want, we could probably battle you to get to that next level! Trapinch here probably won't put up too great of a fight if you're Pokémon are too strong though." Giving a look up to his Swablu, he made the decision to try and push him to be a bit more confident. "And my Swablu is a bit stronger, maybe he could give you a good fight too?"
